Junior Digital Content Transformation Associate

Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Full-time · Permanent Freshers / 0–1 Year Work From Office

Introduction

Job Summary: Experience: 0–1 Year

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Digital Content Transformation Associate to join our digital publishing team. You'll work on converting, formatting, structuring, and validating digital content to meet defined quality, publishing, and accessibility standards — supporting projects in EPUB/EPUB3, XML, and PDF Accessibility remediation.

This role is well suited to fresh graduates and early-career candidates looking to build a strong, specialized foundation in digital publishing and document accessibility.

No prior experience with EPUB3, XML, or PDF Accessibility is required. Selected candidates receive structured, paid training before starting live project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert, format, and structure digital content across EPUB/EPUB3, XML, and HTML/CSS workflows.
  • Perform PDF Accessibility remediation, including structural tagging and reading-order correction.
  • Identify and correct formatting, structure, and content issues against project specifications.
  • Follow project-specific publishing and quality guidelines with consistency and accuracy.
  • Carry out quality checks, validation, and remediation on assigned content batches.
  • Support broader digital publishing and accessibility workflows across the production team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 70% overall academic percentage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Preferred, Not Required

  • Familiarity with XML, EPUB/EPUB3, or digital publishing concepts.
  • Exposure to PDF Accessibility or Web Accessibility standards.
  • Any prior internship or academic project involving content conversion.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Core skills we value: data analysis mindset, precision in formatting, structured problem-solving, communication, and time management.

Training & Development

Selected candidates undergo approximately 2–3 weeks of structured, paid training covering digital publishing workflows, EPUB3 and XML fundamentals, HTML & CSS, PDF Accessibility standards, content transformation processes, and project/quality expectations — before moving to live project work.
